Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting, and for shopping at Doc & Alice! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order within the United States will be calculated as follows:

For orders up to $49.99, shipping is $4.99.
For orders from $50.00 – $99.99, shipping is $7.99.
For orders from $100.00 – $149.99, shipping is $10.99.
For orders of $150 or higher, shipping is FREE!

Packages may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on costs, service areas, or courier availability. If you have particular shipping requirements, please notify us directly during check-out.

In general, shipments are received in the continental United States within three to five days from shipment date. Because of our remote location, overnight delivery is not available; however, two-day delivery is often possible for addresses within the continental United States.

Please Note: Based on a variety of circumstances, including weather, delivery delays can occasionally occur. However, we will do our utmost to ensure prompt response to your order!

Additional Insurance

Whenever possible, shipment costs will include a minimal amount of insurance coverage. However, additional insurance is available, and can be added at your discretion during check-out.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Doc & Alice, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Doc & Alice, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, customer service is our priority. If you received your order damaged, then please (a.) save all damaged packaging and goods, and (b.) send photographs of the damage as soon as possible. On a case-by-case basis, we will do our best to assist in the process of filing a claim.

We are happy to ship to countries outside the United States, but such orders require personal assistance to calculate shipping, handling, and customs. For international orders, please contact us via email, and we will complete your order personally.


Doc & Alice, Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order, aside from in-state South Dakota sales tax. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
