If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Regular-priced and sale items can be returned, unless they were on a special “sale final” close-out.

We ask that you contact us before returning an item, because the shipping method could differ depending on how you ship. Also, if you would like an exchange, we can pull the replacement item on the spot.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item was contained in manufacturers’ packaging (other than a shipping bag or box), it must be in the original packaging. The product can be returned (a.) in the same packaging we used to send it to you, if packaging is reusable, or (b.) for small items, in a sturdy plastic or bubble-pack envelope, or (c.) in a sturdy box. All packages must be securely sealed.

Refunds or Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Please be sure to include your contact information.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or begin the exchange process.

If a credit is due, you will receive it within the parameters of your card issuer’s policies. If additional funds are due based on an exchange with a more expensive item or because of additional shipping costs, then payment must be received before the new package is shipped.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Additional shipping for an exchanged item will be calculated when the exchange is processed.

Because we live in a small town, US Postal Service mail is received at a PO box. However, courier shipping is received at our storefront. Please use the correct shipping address—or, if you’re unsure, use both the PO box number and the street address.
